I have a dell, but I dont have a good code. they suspended my service code because I didnt send them back a replacment part that didnt fix the trouble with my 2 month old dell XPS-410. I told them when they fixed it I would send them back there video card.they didnt & I didnt. Dell suc*s. if it was valid you could HAVE it as I will never use them again. and I fixed the darn computer my self so screew Dell.

Dell has your code key. call them and provide them the serial # of the computing device (they understand desktops get offered each and all the time - no vast deal). they're going to inform you the code key for the disks which have been despatched with the computing device.
