Does anyone believe that real love...?

can be found anonymously only, without having to go through a dating site? Do you believe that if you are meant to be with another, you may just come across this person through a site like this or other random sites that don't necessarily promote dating?
peace all

I believe that true love can be found in the most astonishing of places. I met my boyfriend when I walked in on him in a port-a-potty at a concert we we're both attending. We both thought it would be a one night stand but now I can't imagine life without him.

♥ Yes I do... My fiance and I have been together for 15 months are we are now very happily living together! :-)

♥ We met when I came into contact with an old friend of mine over myspace. I was looking through this old friends list to see if I could come across anyone else I wanted to get in contact with when I found my fiances page/picture. I was sitting with my cousin ( who didnt know I was gay) and when I looked at this girls picture I said "Thats the girl I'm going to marry." My cousin had sorta known but I confirmed it for her. Anyway so me and Danyell started messaging each other back and forth, then we talked on the phone all night for days & days! We started out with a long distance relationship (me in DE and her NJ)... we were saying I love you after two days and we were engaged after being together only a little over 5 months. I moved in with her by our 7 month and we are still going strong. Many people say we rushed things and looking at the time line I suppose it would seem like that. However we both know that it was perfect timing and we are happier than either of us has ever been. :-)

Since I am late to the cyber scene I can only speak on my experiences.
I think that here, or some site that promotes dating, are perfectly good places to meet people and perhaps, fall in love. It is definitely different meeting someone on line as apposed to meeting them in person, but I feel that it is advantageous in a lot of ways. Keeping "looks" out of the mess, at first, is a very interesting thing and lets people "talk" first. This enables people to see things they wouldn't ordinarily see or hear, or even say, when they are worried if they look too fat, or something dumb like that. I would, actually, say that chances would be greater in finding "love" via the Internet, as apposed to meeting somenone in person. That special someone you speak of, may just turn out to be more than one hopeful perspective. I meet someone on the internet that I find delightful in ways that I probably would never have come to know had we met in a bar or some other place. When we talk on the phone, it isn't nearly as funny, or witty or intellectual or as spiritual as it is when we talk on line. Isn't that funny? I. no doubt, believe that we could have something there, but only because I got to know this other side of him first.

I don't, but I know several that do. I find it's next to impossible to find a date within 100 miles of me, so I look for dates online. I've met many wonderful people and long lasting friends. I might meet a life's partner that way. I'm not willing to say that I won't, especially since I get more dates in other states than I do in my own city. (More than 20 to 1)

Hi, you could find the man of your dreams anywhere, could be the supermarket, the garage or dating website, there is someone out there thinking exactly the same as you and this person may also be your true love, good luck
