(or a new one for that matter) would start including an extract of real coke leaves as the original formula used to, would you prefer that one instead of the traditional all sinthetic one?
Since coke leaves aren't cocaine and the organic trend takes us back to natural flavors...

that depends on the taste. since coke leaves are not cocaine what would be the advantage other than the natural vs. synthetic? i think there are alot of things killing me besides what is in coke so i wouldn't be all excited about an all natural coke but i would try it.
