Okay, I don't want to flip out and go to the doctor when there might be a non-stressful answer to this, but I've been having some pain in my left breast. It's off and on, and has been happening of about a month or so. I don't have any new or unusual lumps (I do my monthly exams regularly). And it's very hard to define a specific location of the pain. Doesn't seem to matter at what point I am in my cycle, and am definitely not pregnant. So... Anyone have any ideas?

In this period have you changed your nutrition habit ? After i read your question , this was my first prediction . Maybe some other things causes this pain . And do you have this pain in your breast or nearby your breast . Is this pain occurs both of your breasts or occurs near just one breast , tell me the answers then i can penetrate in your problem .

try ice. or go to the doctor. maybe an infection or something.
