How to get rid of McAffee? Won't uninstall in XP me. Anyone have a clue?

You would have to re-install Windows if it refuses to uninstall because McAfee like Norton has files copied to the operating system and if you delete the files then Windows would not boot and you would have to install it again....Show more

this one is tricky but i mastered it...

first u need to uninstall all the subsidaries of Mcafee security suite ...like antivirus, firewall and then it will allow u to uninstall the security center suite...Show more
