Is this a decent, inexpensive city to move to? Alot of cool people? Cops suck there?

Well, not a large city. About 50k. Lots out outdoor activities.
Not a lot of nightlife. Friendly people though.

I prefer the Springfield, MO area over Joplin. Personal choice.
