I would have to say the Detriot Tigers b/c Sheffield has added presence so badly needed in the lineup protecting Magglio Ordonez which has lead to his breakout year. Brandon Inge would would bat maybe 5 or 6 on other teams is batting in the 9 spot.
As for pitching they have Bonderman the workhorse, Verlander who tops out at 100, rookie phenom Andrew Miller and not to mention Kenny Rogers who is currently on the DL.
Once Rodney and Zumaya return their bullpen will be what it once was. I say this in an unbias way as my favorite team is the Atlanta Braves

Best lineup is probably Detroit because they have bench players who could be starting anywhere else, that's how good their starters are. They have a great rotation and bullpen when healthy, but if your talking about best pitching staff separately then I'd have to throw in the LA Angels and Boston Red Sox who each have great lineups of their own and better pitching then Detroit.

1-9 can all hit with the exception of maybe Placido, but he is amazing with RISP.
Very solid defensively, Inge is the most underrated 3B in the game.
Starting Rotation is having trouble lately but is overall one of the best in baseball
The Bullpen is where they need the most work, but with the return of Zoom Zoom coming soon, the pen will definitely have depth. Lots of young guys improving rapidly
