I lost 50 lbs. on Weight Watchers in 6 months. And have kept it off for over 6 months now. I like it because it teaches you to eat healthier food in, the right proportions, but you aren't restricted in your food choices. That would probably be running, or walking or Jogging. Basically, losing weight is burning more calories than you take in, and running is a great way to burn lots of calories!

Reduce your caloric intake, and increase your cardio workouts. That is, burn more calories than you're taking in.
