Where is the battery located in a BMW X5? I know it's somewhere in the rear but exactly where?
To Skinny-thanks for answering. Found it in the trunk underneath the spare tyre. Tedious job to replace, though.

some BMW's have them under the rear seats but I doubt it would be there in an X5 as they probably fold down...I would look in the next common spot for beamers...rear right side of truck under a flap on the floor of the trunk.
