If domestic partners or gay marriage is allowed, does it not apply to anyone including brothers or sisters?

If all government actions must be without bias of sex then all claimed partners must be without consideration of any sex.

This then allows for tax exemptions for any one a person decides to name as a partner. All legal partnerships must have tax treatment of marriage. This includes business partners.

This whole thing becomes just a general tax break. Estates can then be passed from person to person without estate taxes. Anyone can then be named as a dependent.

Gay marriage should not be allowed

First, marriage between same sex partners would be no different than what is allowed for heterosexual marriage. No one is allowed to marry a close relative.

No estate tax sounds like a good idea. Why should the government be allowed to take from an estate anyway? Talk about taxation without representation! Who's representing the dead person?

A brother and sister cannot marry. They cannot have a domestic partnership either. A domestic partnership simply gives gay partners the same privileges as married couples. Yes there are people who will abuse it just as they abuse marriage for the same purposes.

And what about multiple marriages? Should they be denied? And group marriages? Should they be denied?

No it does not equal the same thing.
