my guess is 6-12 months served, a hefty fine and 2-5 years probation.

keep in mind he has not been sentenced yet, but he will serve most of what he is sentenced. they have hinted that the sentencing guidelines for this case will be considerably less than 5 years.

back in football by 2009, likely playing with T.O, Jamal Lewis, and the rest of the bad boys

Because of his plea deal, he is likely to be sentenced to about 18 months of prison time, not the maximum sentence of 5 years. If he is sentenced to this, he will likely serve the entire 18 months because in the Federal courts, there is no parole. However, he probably will go to a rich, celebrity prison while his friends will go to a real Federal prison.

He's looking at prison time of at least a year, possibly 100 million dollars lost between his contract and endorsements and a weight the size of those 8 dead dogs around his neck if he does get the chance to play again in the NFL. His best bet may be to learn the words to Oh Canada and go to the CFL

He will also face a suspension after he gets out of jail, so He aint playing until 2010.

No, probably not. But he should have to serve all of it. People who are cruel to animals are usually cruel to people as well. Just because he "PLAYS" ball for a living shouldn't excuse his behavior or impact his punishment.
