This is weird. According to Hotmail I have two unread messages. I have looked for them for almost a year now and they're nowhere to be found. They're not in other folders, drafts, spam or trash. They're just ghost unread messages. Any advice?

Looks like a bug with Hotmail. It's probably something messed up with their database that is showing you that you've got 2 unread messages.
If they're not in any folders, and your preferences doesn't show any options to hide messages or are BLOCKING any messages, then yes it's a bug.

That has happend to me as well..that is why I use YAHOO!!!!!!!
