I run a pub quiz, and one of my regular questions is whether an odd fact is "true or false". Recent examples of false facts are "Formula One legend Michael Schumacher once lost a million dollars at poker in a single day at Monte Carlo" and "Audrey Hepburn was the first actor/actress to play the character of Ronald McDonald".
I'm asking you to suggest false, but plausible, "facts".
Best answer will be the one which makes me laugh most whilst still being believable.
