Can I drive in Wisconsin with an Iowa Intruction Permit?

I got my Iowa Instruction Permit three months ago and want to know if I can drive in Wisconsin legally with it because my Dad lives there. I tried the Iowa and Wisconsin DOT websites and called the Iowa DMV, no luck. I have been unable to get to the Wisconsin DMV or get them on the phone so I posted here. Thanks for any help!

My hunch says that the licensing laws of the state that issued your license would apply, no matter where you drive, and the rules of the road in the state in which you are operating the car would apply.
But, here's the Wisconsin site that you can check out for yourself.

i do no longer truly understand the respond, yet i do no longer think of it is going to likely be an issue. I actual have pushed in Michigan with a enable from Wisconsin in the past I had my license. i do no longer actual think of there is any regulation against it. Wisconsin has those with using helps too. basically don't get pulled over. :) Wisconsin regulation says you may desire to be sixteen to have a enable, yet this is Wisconsin regulation. From some internet site: Adults who circulate to yet another state could place self belief of their driving force's licenses, however the comparable won't be actual for youthful drivers. The using age varies severely from state to state (from 15 to 18), and a state that makes human beings wait longer to force won't honor a license from a state that themes licenses to youthful persons. a youthful driving force who plans to force in yet another state the place the criminal cut back is above his or her age could desire to call that state's branch of motorcars to be certain what the guidelines are.
