when i put in the correct verification code for entering chat room, i click submit then all i get is a message saying User Refused Join. anyone else having the same problem? it is so annoying, and what can be done about it, i have tried reinstalling yahoo but it makes no difference.

Yahoo is doing a lot of work on all their sites. Just keep trying to get to chat since there is no information as to when all issues will be resolved.

I don't use chat myself ,but I have noticed many people on here saying that they are having problems getting in these past few day's.They get a message saying all chat rooms are full.
Also I see where you say that when you enter the verification code that it says "User Refused Join".Would there be any reason that perhaps Yahoo has blocked you from using messenger ? Not accusing ,,just a thought as to maybe why you may not be able to gain access

whats up...I cant be beneficial yet I heard that the chat rooms have been finally gonna be close down for good...this could be purely a hearsay yet i've got in no way seen a fault like this in yahoo the comprehensive 8 yrs i've got used it!!
