another Washington Dollar error?

Hello, I went to the bank today and got a roll of Presidential dollars, and found this error. I believe that it is missing its clad layer on the reverse. I have scanned a regular coin and this one, to compare. Does it look like an error?

Here is an example of a missing clad layer authenticated by NGC it sold for $1,300

The one from NGC you can see the copper core for it has a strong copper color but your coin is more whitish than copper color. They could have screwed up the manganese brass which is .770 copper, 120 zinc,.070 manganese and .040 nickel. The presidential dollars are on the same planchets as the Sac. dollars. I do know the more the coin is handled and exposed to the air the darker it gets. I think you would weigh it and see it it weighs less than 8.1 grams. the you will know a layer is missing.
