how may i kno she is honest?

Question

ok we just met on internet . she is in usa while i m in pakistan.
she says she loves me and needs me and i care for her needs.
but ppl say i shudnt just blindly trust her bcuz she might end me with a broken heart. just to let u kno i m a very sensitive person . soo sensitive that i had a lil bird for just one month with me and when it flew away i used to sit and cry for it at nights.
but the thing is she is a human and had much more value than that bird how will i manage to come out of sorrow if she does something wrong on me. 
yes in past she lied two times or may b three i dont remember well but anyway she told me that she was scared of me bcuz i usually treat her harshly and get mad very easily.
does this reason make sense bcuz some ppl say she lied to u and that enuff i shud leave but some say it was my fault if i was soft on her she wud never lie to me.

i need help plz
is there any way i can find out she is honest or not
