How do I stop a company from charging my card every month?

I order a free sample, and was suppose to only pay $3.95 shipping. I have been charged for a full supply for the last 3 months on my credit card. I also found where this company charged others too.
Can we get our money back. Who should we contact. They don't answer the phone, or email me back.

You need to get a hold of their customer service. No matter how many times you get put on hold or transfered, you need to keep at it. I had the same problem with a different company.
First be calm.... try to stay calm. You need to get to the right person in the right department.

This is the best thing I have ever done regarding this matter.
I would suggest this.....
Please read the following benifits of this card:
♥No bank acct. req'
♥No credit check req'
♥Direct Deposit & No Load Fees ;No Bank Accounts ;No Delays
♥Safer than cash
♥Free customer service with a toll free number.
♥more reliable that using postal mail when you use it online.
♥If your Card is lost or stolen, or if you are a victim of fraud, we'll replace your funds and your Card when you notify us as required by your Cardholder Agreement.
♥Safer than writing checks.
♥No overdraft fees.
♥Travel with confidence.
♥Pay bills or Book air and hotel reservations, rental cars without hassles.
♥No debt or monthly bills to worry about.
As you can tell, I really love this card!!!!!!! I just made myself sound like I work for them.... LOL. I dont.
You basically use it like a credit card, BUT.... you reload your card (put cash on it) by getting the reloader card and well.... here is their website.....

Yes until the account has a zero balance they will continue to charge late fees and interest. Nobody ever reads the small print when they sign up for a credit account. You can close an account at any time and that will freeze the rates and fees that are in place at the time you close the account. When they send out those little flyer's with your monthly bill you have to read them also. These flyer's usually change something about the agreement and give you the option of closing by not using the cards after a certain date. But they also tell you how to pay off the remaining balance without penalty. That means making the monthly payments on time until paid in full. Happy trails....

A lot of shady companies do this. Call the company first, if there are no resolutions, escalate the matter to the executives. You can usually find their contacts on the Internet.

At the same time, do 3 things.

1. Call you Credit Card company to dispute the charge.
2. File Compliant with the BBB (Better Business Bureau)
3. File Compliant with the Attorney General in your state.

Hope this helps.

Have you actually received additional merchandise over the past three months? You undoubtedly agreed to some kind of automatic delivery/charge when you ordered the sample.

Send the company a certified, return receipt letter. Tell them you haven't received and/or don't want the additional merchandise. To cancel whatever program they have you signed up for and refund your money.

Contact your credit card and dispute the charges.

Watch out for the fine print when you order samples, or some really cheap priced item. Frequently you end up signed up for some monthly service.

Call your credit card company and dispute all the charges you don't think you owe. Tell the credit card company that you will not authorize any further charges from this company.
