I would go 180 degrees around, and the same latitude south.

Beijing, China is 39 degrees N, 116 degrees E.

Edit: The corresponding location is actually the town of Rio Colorado in central Argentina - 39 degrees S, 64 degrees W, If you dig from there, straight down, go through the molten core of the earth, you'd come up in Beijing.
