I have sensitive skin, and it will irritate my eyes really quickly and cause them to water making it smudge/run a lot faster than is normal. Is there any that's good for sensitive skin and waterproof & smudge proof? Also I'm fairly broke so I need something that isn't too expensive and fairly easy to find......

Don't use cheap makeup if you have sensitive skin. also, don't apply eye liner on the immer rim of your eye. it goes into your eye and creates a layer of wax that has to be surgically removed.

that easy use cover girl it only cost 1 or 2 bucks it comes in liquid or pencil and there's water proof. But the best thing is i think there's a sensitive skin option too.

Use pencil eyeliner and eyebrow fillers.
According to Dr. Draelos, "Pencil eyeliner and eyebrow pencils are wax-based and contain pigment and minimal preservatives. They are much less likely to cause problems than liquid eyeliners that contain latex and may cause problems in latex-sensitive individuals." The pencil forms of these cosmetics are also water removable, making them easier on the surface of the skin.

Use the Automatic Eyeliner from Bee-Luscious. It is hypo-allergenic and stays on all day. It also has chamomile and aloe to sooth your eyes and prevent irritation. Look 'em up on the net, like Google or somethin'

i know that neutogena has mascara for sensitive eyes n they are fairly cheap...but dont know whether they make eye liner.. just check if they make any...
if u are ready to spend a little bit more money... like 12 bucks .. just give clinique a shot.. they make hypoallergenic makeup..
and please dont try any cheap makeup, it makes stuff worse.
