What's the best way to get blood off of clothing?
I had a nosebleed today that dripped onto my khakis and shirt. Is there anything that will take out the blood?

Hydrogen peroxide works very well. Before you put them in the washing machine, take a little bit of peroxide with a que-tip and put it on the spots. Then wash in cold water. Before you put in the dryer make sure the stains are gone. If not repeat, but it should take it right out.

Dont try to clean them until you have soaked them in cold, salt water overnite. The next day they should be fine on a cool cycle 30 or 40 should do the trick.

When I worked in nursing we always used hydrogen peroxide on blood stains. Works like a charm.

Soak in cold water, then apply some hydrogen peroxide to the stain.(this will cause it to fizz) apply a small amount of detergent to the stain, rinse with cold water, keep applying peroxide until the stain is gone...
