I've found that http://www.ukuleleworld.com/ has a lot of nice products. That's good for most ukes, but for an 8-string (Tahitian style), this place, http://www.ukes.com/kamaka.html, has one but it's apparently out of stock and runs for $1088. It's about 2/3 of the way down the page. For a more affordable one, http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Lanikai-LU8-Tenor-8String-Ukulele?sku=512525 has one for $200. I don't vouch for the quality, but there it is.
