I make necklaces like the one that Heidi was wearing on the Oprah show. I make them in 14K gold, the lesser expensive but almost as beautiful 14K gold filled and in Sterling silver.

google /yahoo search "engraving disk gold necklace" or "engraving disk" you will find gold and silver that are pretty much like it. I suspect you'll have to purchase a necklace separately to get the same affect and affix it in the links. Isn't that such a cool idea though? I think she passed up a great opportunity on this one to add it into her jewlery line. Heck if she did that I wouldn't be able to afford it LOL
