Does the awarding of Russia's highest civilian honor to a former US citizen and Soviet spy show the real fact

that Russia is still ingrained in the Cold War era? Putin a former KGBer gives the Hero of the Rusian Federation award to Dr. George Koval a Soviet spy who when in the US ingrained himself in the Mahattan Project. Koval's spying helped the USSR develop a atom bomb quicker than any other nuclear nation thanks to data taken from the Mahattan Project. Another example of Putin wanting to reopen the cold war era.

I dont know how this is a question, but I agree. I have always been wary of Putin and his policies. He has also hinted to the idea of starting a war against America if America goes after Irans nuclear program. I personally think that Iran, Russia, and North Korea have some backroom deals with each other and a plot against America. Now that America has exhausted much of its arsenal in Iraq and the current congress is blocking new weapons and funding for other programs, I think America is vulnerable. I live in Germany and I can see how things are turning on the world stage against America... hopefully the EU will be on the right side if anything does happen.
