I keep frozen meat in my refrigerator freezer no longer than 3 mo. Preferably sooner. In a deep freeze, I would say 6-9 months. It depends, but no longer than a year in a deep freeze. Reason is, it does lose some quality. This is from my own personal experience from freezing meat. Some people keep it longer, but the refrigerator freezer is not a 'deep' freeze, so it should be used up sooner.

Depending on how well the product has been packaged by the supplier or your self it can last up to 6 months and if in a freezer up to a year.

I agree with H-man, I think 6 mos. is good, but I have had beef in the freezer for a year , then cooked it.....I am still here!

Normally 6 months.
Rotate the food in your freezer every time you add more, so the oldest is on top.
