Will I die? I had sex by the way? Shall I take another 50 mg of Viagra to actuallu get a heart attack?

Apparently, you are the ONLY person left on the planet that doesn't know not to use nitrates and Viagra together.  I hope for your sake that you're just kidding about doing this.  If not, you seriously need to get to the ER now as you risk SEVERE hypotension, shock, unconsciousness, and even death.  DO NOT DRIVE YOURSELF!  You might black out and kill yourself or others.

Stay in a hospital under observation for 24 hrs even If you are not  into hypotension by now. Do nor repeat this as it can be risky.
