i was in an accident last night, and they towed my car away, i really need a rental car today. my insurance company told me to call the other drivers insurance company, and their closed today, i dont know if their is another way i can get a car today. please help!!!!!!

Yes, there is. You go to a rental car company, and pay for it.

Pay the rental car company if you are in dire need of a car right now. If the car accident is not due to your fault or negligence, your insurance should pay for the rental money that you have advanced. Whether you will be paid in full or only partially will depend on your insurance policy.

Last accident, I had to pay for the rental car and the other guy's insurance company re-reimbursed me for most, but not all of my costs.
You may need to get the car yourself.

Not much you can really do. If you really need a rental car, you can rent (the cheapest car they got) and pay for it yourself until the insurance company accepts liability. then have them reimburse you for the amount you paid out of pocket. Unless you can catch a ride, this is your only option.

If you are in need of a rental car, get one and tell them what the circumstances are. They may be able to set up billing to the at fault parties insurance.
