The Jewish ritual bath also called a mikveh / מקוה is a pool that both men and women can use. Women use it after their periods, men usually use it after holidays. If you convert to Judaism you will use a mikveh to complete your conversion.
You need to shower before hand and then you immerse yourself totally in it.
