Do you think he is on the list since he wanted to get his contract done so quick????

I wouldn't doubt it. Curious as to why he signed so quickly with Yankees, a day or two before the initial date the Mitchell Report was suppose to be released. It'll be interesting to see who is on the list of 50 or more players being named.

I think the yankees had to be smart enough to put a clause in his contract on sterioid use. If A-Rod has or ever did steriods or HGHs then his contract could be null and void. They had to have done it in light of how they got totally screwed by Giambi. If they didnt, they will get what they deserve. Anyway, we all know A Rod cheats what with the "HA" game and slapping the ball out of Arroyo's hand. The only problem is A-Rod has so much money he probably has designer sterioids that cant be detected.

I seriously doubt that we will see ARod on that list becuase there hasn't been a significant change in his appearance from when he first came out.
If for some reason Arod was on there, I would lose hope that there will ever be a truly, legitimate GREAT baseball player ever again.

I'd be shocked if any big name is on the list. Why else would it take so long to release? Bud and Co. are scouring through it to triage the damage.
They need it to look real, so names will be in there. But there won't be any potential HOFers on the list. It has to look like they are doing something, but they don't want to damage the game long term.
?
No I dont, A-Rod isnt concerned about 'roid use, he isn't a user, A-Rod was comcerned about saving face after Boras made him look like a money hungry drifter who woud only go to the highest bidder
