I've heard it said that all of the deranged behavior is really just for publicity and that she really isn't falling apart the way she is portrayed in the media. This hardly seems possible - she is such a great talent and it would be sad to lose her to drugs and alcohol. Does anyone know the real scoop?

Of course I dont know the real deal, but in my opinion it is highly unlikely that she's doing any of this for publicity. Look at her skeleton like body, who would do that just for publicity? I think if she doesnt get help soon we will definitely lose her to drugs and thats gonna be so unfortunate. I hope that she gets help

The "real scoop" is pretty obvious. She's addicted to numerous hard drugs, and the media is blowing it out of proportion. However, she probably doesn't mind because her behavior fits the image she has been portraying from the start. This isn't even a story really....this isn't Hilary Duff going from some Disney teenager and falling into some dark world of tatoos and drug abuse. Amy Winehouse is the same person she has been for years before anybody knew who the hell Amy Winehouse was. She came into the spotlight that way, and she's not going to change.

I don't think she could fake that. She looks horrible and like an addict. I hope she doesn't end up like Janis joplin cuz I think she's a great talent.
