2000 Infiniti G20t reads bank 1 lean?

Question

I initially pulled up code P0171 bank 1 lean and my mechanic replaced both oxygen sensors. after a few days the service light came back on, so he replaced the catalytic converter. now the light is back on again. The car runs great but I'd like to know whats wrong and fix it.

Checked all hoses. no vaccum leak.

low fuel pressure or volume will cause a lean condition check fuel filter make sure it is not blocked and test fuel pressure and volume

Could be as simple as a vacuum leak but the converter might have been under warranty, check your owners manual.
