Brady. For all of Mannings great numbers....and with all the talent he has been surrounded by....he should have many more Championship rings. If you compare stats......Manning also has far better numbers than Joe Montana or Terry Bradshaw......but both were far better leaders, and you can tell by the number of rings they have won. As a final touch...now that Brady has decent receivers for the first time...and Manning has had to make do...notice how their numbers have flipped? Bottom line, you don't go wrong either way.....But Brady is a latter day incarnation of Joe "Cool" Montana.

Also...Manning throws ! int for every 1.9 TDs/Brady 1int for every 2.3 TD. Brady has 1 SB win for every 8000 yards passing(and every 29 TD)....Manning 1 for every 41,000(and 303). I must say that Brady is simply much more effeicient.

Brady would be a no brainer

If we count more than this year, then it's Manning.

Super Bowls are won as a team, not by one player. Count the Vinatieri factor, it's important. With a kicker like Vinatieri, Jim Kelly would have won a ring.

Some people argue that "now that Brady has wide receivers...".

The difference is that Manning made his wide receivers: Harrison (didn't do anything great with Harbaugh), Wayne, Dallas Clark, Brandon Stokley, Marcus Pollard, and so on. They became stars because of Manning. He never told his front office to bring him already proven ones.

I love when people try to judge Manning's career by his game against San Diego.

Even the running game benefits with Peyton. When Edge was not there, Dominic Rhodes had a great season and Joseph Addai has looked much better than Laurence Maroney.

Manning is awesome and obviously a big stats guy. I am a longtime Colts fan back to the days when Bert Jones was the quarterback. However, Brady has won without a lot of talent around him most of his career. He plays within the system better and doesn't have the luxury of eight home games a year in a dome (football should be played outside). I have to give the slight nod to Brady.

Tom Brady... anybody who doesn't say Brady after the 2004 Super Bowl are anti-Patriot and/or die-hard Colts fan.
