How 'safe' is your vehicle?...Why?

The only time any vehicle is 'safe' is when the engine is turned off and nobody is inside it...And that's about 99% of the time...Other than that, all bets are off...The vehicle will not prevent anybody from being in a collision...It is no guarantee that nobody will not be injured...A vehicle is a pretty good place to be inside of to be safe from being hit by lightning.
