it's how do u give someone 10 points? and I need a logical answer and you'll get 10 points when u answer it just tell me where to go and if it's left or at the right!(I mean locate it)

10 points are for Best Answer which can be done by locating your profile link on the right side of the page. Click on it and look for the "My Questions" tab and click on it where you will see the questions you've asked and open ones that are four hours or older and select the best answer.
Be advised, asking questions for the sole purpose of helping a friend out is a huge no-no for point gaming and will cause your account to be deleted.

If two or more answers are collected, the Asker can either pick the best answer or let the community vote to choose the best answer.
If the Asker takes no action within the 7-day period, the answers are automatically put to a vote by the community.
If a question receives just one answer, the Asker can designate that answer as the Best Answer or extend the open period 7 more days to allow more time for answers to be posted.
If the Asker takes no action, the question expires and is deleted.
If a question doesn't receive any answers, the question expires and is deleted.
A question becomes a Resolved Question when a Best Answer is chosen.
After a question becomes Resolved it stays in Yahoo! Answers and is available for searching and browsing.
The Best Answer remains open to receive comments and ratings from the community.
Because questions don't remain open for answers indefinitely, a Best Answer will represent only the “best” of those answers posted during the 7-day period as determined by the Asker or the community vote, and may not be a complete or accurate answer.

After you ask a question, you wait for people to respond to your question. You'll know when people reply via email (if you allow the alert to be emailed to you when someone responds.
After getting some responses, or if you choose to wait a day or so for people to reply, you can choose 'best answer', which is the green button below each person's post. Choose the answer that you like best, then just simply click on it and that'll tell the 'poster' that they've gotten 'best answer. After you choose 'best answer', that is when the 10 points are awarded to the person. After giving 'best answer' to the responder, you can add comments and rate the answer as well with the choices given with the number of stars - 1 star - 5 stars.

You can only give someone 10 points if they answered one of YOUR questions. Ask a question. People answer it. You pick the Best Answer to your. And the person whose answer it was gets 10 points. So, pick a Best Answer to your question to give the answerer 10 points.

You can wait for up to 4 days.
Pick the answer you feel answers your question the best.
If there are a couple of good one go for the one with the better spelling or the way it has been set out.
