possible clone Nokia N91 me?

i recently came accross a new  nokia N91  in box and all accessories  i can see the box  came from hong kong it works fine and it's  music player  is great,  checking  it against the nokia  website it has the old firmware in it, if i make any attempts to upgrade it  to lets say 2-10-13 or 2-0-14-0  what can be the rammification if its a copy and not original????   thanks  much

A lot of high end smart phones like the Nokia  N Series phones are just copies that are sold in Asian countries like China for example. 

If it's a fake you might have some problems. If the phone is working fine leave it alone. Like the saying goes if it's ain't broken dont fix it. 

Also, a lot of fake phones end up messing up a lot sooner than say a real Nokia phone.
