I'm starting a band.?

We are going to be called Pink September. We will be pop/rock. So far we have 2 members and six songs. Non of them so far are on record. I need an opinion and some advice would be oh so helpful. If you have any questions please feel free to ask and I will reply in a manner found most appropiate.... lol...I just always wanted to say that.

Pop and Rock never got along. Rock was created as a new sound in the late 40's and early 50's, while pop was made so music producers could make money. check it in an encyclopedia, it's there.
