Red Bull isnt an energy drink, Rockstar is just as bad, so is Tab energy drink. Vitamin water is one of the much better ones not to mention Arizona Energy drinks and antioxident drinks. Coca-Cola has a new one that just came out this past yr called Enviga, it comes in berry, peach and original green tea. Its good, no bad aftertaste, doesnt funk with your stomache. As long as the sugars and calories dont add up to much drink what you want you will anyway.
