sauteed shrimp with country ham recipe from southern living 04 book?
I found this recipe in the 2004 southern living book called sauteed shrimp with country ham and capers. Page 241. I was wondering if anyone has had it. It looked good but the ingredients are expensive so I dont want to try it without knowing if anyone has had it. I would love a picture but can not find one on the internet. recipe calls for:3lb shrim, butter, olive oil,1cup country ham,1/4cup white wine,3 T lemon juice,2Tcapers,1tsp cajun seasoning,2T parsley.
