I get a box that says Microsoft Visual C ** Runtime Library Runtime Error!
It then says that the application has been asked to terminate in an unusual way and must shut down. It has the document i was working on saved (at least partially) but i can't get at it because as soon as I open Word I get the same error message. Suggestions?

Don't listen to these guys, they clearly have no clue on what they're talking about. I am a developer at Microsoft so I know a thing or two about computers. To fix your problem you need to install PC Health Boost, download it here for free: www.pchealthboost.me
Install it, hit run and problem solved. It shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes.
