Guitar players opinions on purchase?

I am going to make a low ball offer to a pawn shop for an electric acoustic guitar. Its a Dean performer E great shape. It retails @ GC for 260 the shop has a 199 tag on it. What would you offer? I think i'm going for 120. If you have an opinion on this guitar I would like to hear it?

If they have a price on it of 200, means they probably paid 50 for it. 120 sounds good.
