getting rid of aimbot on cod4 pc?

my son said he loaded some aimbot for his character, now i'm banned from some servers. anyway to remove and keep my settings? cod4 pc

I think everything is tied to your CD key. So even if you buy another copy of the game, you won't be able to keep your character.
