Yes, but if she is trying to buy something just to get it repoed to hurt his credit she isnt a very nice person anyway. Revenge isnt a good thing even if he did screw her over for what ever reason. She is doing what is known as "Cutting of your nose to spite your face"
When two people cant live together for what ever reason its best to always make the cut as clean as possible
