are enough people doing their share to slow the process of global warming?
Do you feel people are concerned W/the issue of global warning and are recycling, preserving energy and water, etc. or figure ,"enough people are doing it if I don't it won't really make a difference!" After all if we all left it up to the next guy then no real significant progress is being made. ( If we don't get wiped out by war first !)

I don't believe we are doing enough globally to stop this problem. If we invade countries for alleged weapons of mass destruction why can't we impose laws on countries with no pollution control? We couldn't get the World's leaders together to agree on this? It's going to take a lot of time to reverse what our parents have done to the Earth and we all need to do a lot more.

I don't think America will get enough countries together to actually help slow it down. There making a lot more coal mines and industries booming in China I don't think they care to much about emissions.
Either way recycling and preserving will help America. I don't think global warming is going to slow down any.
In Sweden where I live most people are concerned but they still don't do as much as I think they could. And I do think some people would very much like to leave it to the next guy, in general this applies more to men than women.
Not all but some of this shortages has to do with infrastructure, economics and time aspects as well though. A good example is when people (like me) would like to do my part and use the bus instead of my car to work, but the bus takes me more than an hour (one way) instead of 15 minutes and cost me about twice as much. (Walking or biking is impossible - the traffic would kill me!) That's why we need changes in infrastructure and politics all over the world.
