Get contrators back to install correctly and get them to put some 'fernox' in the system to avoid future 'gassing up'

First is the writting on the rad right way up? (is the rad up side down). If it's ok then try the bleeders. Can you put a small hose on the bleeder outtlet. You will need to open the bleeder as far open as you can( without haveing it come right off in your hand) and let it spray for a while. You will need to catch the water comeing out. Try each several times before you call the plumber that installed them. good luck

You might have to get someone to put a valve in for you and thread it for the new valve?
