I just came across this site from some other girl's question: http://promo.kerrang.com/kerrang/kerrangtv/votingholding.shtml
I never seem this site before but their list is so hilarious! Fine they have Pink Floyd and Led Zepellin but I can't seem to find the Beatles! Or Deep Purple! Or Yes! Or even Radiohead! But guess what I did find? Plain White T's, Tenacious D, The Darkness, 30 Seconds to Mars.... Talk about pulling out the most famous bands!
Wow, I'm still laughing my butt off, this so beats my hate of Rolling Stone's Top 100 list!
So what are some of the worst "100 Best" list you've ever seen?

Dark Side: Ha!!!! I made a 360 blog rant about that! The Beastie Boys had a larger impact of music that Floyd? Seriously?

Kerrang is a joke, just like every other music magazine.
VH1's 100 Best Songs of the 80s was pretty bad too. Bon Jovi was #1
Rolling Stone 100 Greatest Artists of All Time list. Pink Floyd isn't even on there. How the hell does that happen. Some bands that shouldn't be on that list that are (or shouldnt be ahead of floyd: Velvet Underground, U2 (at least not ahead of floyd), Madonna (a liar and dumb), Cream, Sex Pistols. And I repeat, PINK FLOYD NOT ON the TOP 100, F#$* YOU ROLLING STONE
The entire Rolling Stone Record Guide, in every edition ever published.
I am disgusted that some bunch of Californian music hacks should have the presumption to GRADE the work of musicians, as though they were marking papers in school. Unfortunately, everybody does it now. But not with such high-handed, pompous condescension as Rolling Stone.
If I could erase Rolling Stone's contribution to world culture, I would. It has been nothing but negative - a starf***er's fanzine built on cocaine and sucking up to record companies.

Probably the worst I've ever seen (before this) is The Rolling Stone's lists. They seem to have an awful lot that are under their recording contracts...
