When a doctor says no sex, he means no vaginal penetration, and generally nothing much involving your genitals. That leaves your mouth an option- unless your husband's or doctor's name is Clinton- in which case it could mean any number of things depending on the definition of "is". I would say none of the above, dont have sex, dont masturbate, dont try to have an orgasm. Even just masturbating, it's common to flex the tummy muscles especially during orgasm, it might not be something you can control and it could be strenuous and might affect the hernia.
