I say he was railroaded. The man went fishing. It was merely a coincedence that his wife was found dead in the same body of water that he was fishing. Convicting him of murder is only going to scare fishermen to death. We aren't going to be able to fish without having the fear of somebody murdering our loved one's and getting charged with the crime when we come home from a day of fishing.

Is the sky blue and is grass green? What ever answer you come up with is the same as you asking is he guilty!!!
Oh, PULEEZE. Homicide from the father of the child is the number one cause of death of pregnant women in this country. SOB is guilty as sin, and should be on death row. What a load of crap.
It sounds as though you need to read more up on the subject and in particular, what forensic evidence the jury found to be compelling in the trial in order to convict him.
WHAT FORENSIC EVIDENCE? None was presented! This case proved one thing and one thing only, that anyone can be convicted without evidence against you. Not saying he did not do it. However, what evidence proves he did.
