The state college was paid for a service not provided to a student. This very attractive female has only 6 weeks left of the semester and the university is not welcoming her to complete her education after working very hard for 2 years. Both her privacy and 1st Ammendment Rights have been violated.

If you feel that is the basis of a case, then I am sure there are zillions of attorneys in the local yellow pages advertising a free consultation. why not take a few up on their kind offer?

You are using terms that are not finite - "suggest" is not improper, but denial would be. I am not sure where you are concluding that her privacy and 1st Amendment rights have been violated. Further details would be needed to properly address your question. If the State college is at fault and is acting (or faculty is acting) improperly then you will need to seek a higher authority. Find the governing body of this establishment and file a grievance. Citing your rights have been violated is an undertaking of an up-hill battle - but may well be worth your efforts.

Somehow, I feel like we're not getting the whole story.
Even if you were once an honor student, if you no longer meet the minimum academic requirements for enrollment, then yes, they have every right to put you on probation or disqualification.
My recommendation is to petition to the head of your department, or to your University Dean... but be prepared to prove why they should allow you to stay (and mentioning how beautiful you are probably isn't the best method of doing that.)

That's usually why- students even good ones (no one cares what you look like) are unwelcome- they have participated in unsavory activities and the people in charge found out about it.
If you really think that you did no wrong- get a lawyer.
