AVG Free Virus Protection Question?

Is there a way to change the time everyday (8am PST) that AVG switches on and starts checking for updates everyday? Mine starts up right at the peak of something that I need to to be doing and slows everything down.

Open the Control Center and look at the scheduled test settings. You may want to turn off automatic testing all together and launch the full system scan manually when you are done on the machine. If you missed a scheduled test it will run shortly after firing the pc up as well.

This is a great program with lots of free support. If you open the control panel and choose the help menu it will give you good info on how to configure the scan schedule. If you need more help go to www.grisoft.com and check out their support site. Awsome stuff!

LUCK!
