I did a quick search and when I added "with dog" to "guided hiking trip" all I got were sites saying no dogs permitted. Many state and national parks allow on-leash dogs and a few allow off-leash. You might find some areas that look intriguing and hire a private guide.

Tips anywhere about hiking with dogs. Check to make sure the area allow dogs. Some trails or national parks are off limit to dogs for various reasons. Walk your dog on leash and make sure you bring water and food for both you and your dog. Bring bags to pick up after your dog. It's gross when people assume it's fine to leave dog sh*t everywhere during a hike. If the area allow off leash dogs, you want to be careful that you dog won't take off or get hurt (animals and plants in the area) And last but not least Have FUn.

you can check with the local parks in your area, if that does not work, go to an area that is good for camping and hike around there.
